conference wireless network

conference wireless network is available on the premises of the Nicolaus Copernicus University campus and is intended to support users participating in short events organized on the premises of the Nicolaus Copernicus University, e.g. conferences and services for guests using NCU hotel services.

1. Processing of personal data is designed to enable responding to emergencies or reported problems.
2. The administrator of the user's personal data is the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, ul. Gagarina 11, 87-100 Toruń; telephone exchange: +48 56 611-40-10, fax: +48 56 654-29-44
3. In all matters related to the processing of personal data, the user, and in particular regarding the exercise of their rights, please contact the NCU Data Protection Officer at tel: +48 56 611-27-42 to the email address: abi@umk.pl or by post to the address indicated above, with the note: "DPO".
4. Access to the conference network is implemented through individual IDs and passwords provided by conference organizers, hotel guest service or a conference portal.
5. Individual login details are only used to provide network protection. The system logs only record information about the moment of login, but not about the MAC address of the user's device, and therefore it is not possible to analyze network traffic generated by the user's devices.
6. Logs are deleted after 30 days.
